3. Acceptable Use
You may not use Stratus to violate laws, interfere with platform stability, or access data and workspaces without authorization.
4. Billing and Subscription
Paid features, if enabled, are billed according to your plan terms. Non-payment may result in restricted access or suspension.
5. Intellectual Property
Stratus and related software remain our property. Your organization retains ownership of the operational data you submit to the platform.
6. Termination
You may stop using Stratus at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, fraud, or security risk.
7. Liability
Stratus is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
